- Resort Credit is valid for bookings under both the European Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan made through any official sales channel, with a minimum stay of one (1) night. The credit is non-cumulative, must be used daily, and is neither transferable nor refundable. It may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as select premium services such as romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit may cover up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase. For spa services, up to USD 50 per day may be applied toward 55-minute body treatments (not applicable to beauty salon services or spa boutique items). It is not valid for staff gratuities, taxes, service charges, or purchases at Market Shop. The maximum daily credit depends on the suite category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Blackout dates apply: Nov 23–29, 2025 | Dec 23, 2025–Jan 3, 2026 | Feb 12–16, 2026 | Nov 22–28, 2026.
