Resort Credit T&C: The resort credit is exclusively applicable to Food and Beverage services, excluding Deli, The Shop, Market, and TierraLuna Gardens. The credit is $100 USD per night and is cumulative—stay 5 nights and receive $500 USD. The credit cannot be used to cover taxes, gratuities, or service fees. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Complimentary Breakfast: For Room Only plans, if the complimentary breakfast is not consumed, it cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (21%).
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Rates are based on our Mousai Suite: A Premier Choice.
Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
