- Resort Credit T&C : Only for All-Inclusive plans. The Resort Credit is exclusively applicable to Food and Beverage services, excluding Deli, The Shop, Market, and TierraLuna Gardens. The credit is $100 USD per night and is cumulative—stay 5 nights and receive $500 USD. The Resort Credit cannot be used to cover taxes, gratuities, or service fees. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Not applicable to SPA treatments. Resort Credit is applicable to room upgrades and additional Food and Beverage charges.
- Complimentary Breakfast: For Room Only plans, if the complimentary breakfast is not consumed, it cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
- Travel dates: from now through December 20, 2025
- Blackout dates: November 25-30, 2024; December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025; April 8-14, 2025.
