1. Complimentary suite applies in the lead category only and requires a minimum booking of 7 rooms under the All-Inclusive plan. Maximum of two complimentary suites per group.
2. One room upgrade per group, subject to availability at time of arrival. Penthouses excluded.
3. Welcome drink provided upon arrival for registered group guests.
4. Private group check-in applies when arrivals are scheduled within a coordinated 3-hour window and must be arranged in advance.
5. Spa savings apply to massages of 60 minutes or longer and exclude special treatments, hydrotherapy, beauty salon services, spa boutique purchases, gratuities, service charges, and taxes. Not combinable with other spa promotions.
6. Group experience requires a minimum 72-hour advance reservation. Schedule and location are assigned based on resort availability and may vary by destination and season.
